MobiLoud
We are looking for people working in Shopify brands to share how they work with third-party tools and vendors, and how this has evolved recently, particularly with the introduction of AI and the flood of new tools and services on the market. How has your investment in Shopify apps and third-party tools changed over the last few years? Are you running more apps, or less? How do you think the app ecosystem is compared to a few years ago? How has your working relationship with agencies changed vs in years past? Are you using agencies more or less? Is their work more or less specialized? Feel free to share your general thoughts on the current landscape and/or specific examples of how you're working differently with vendors now.

Multifamily Executive
Looking for multifamily owners, investors, and brokers who can comment for a 2026 feature article exploring major multifamily acquisition and disposition trends for the year, highlighting the biggest portfolio and one-off asset deals. The focus is primarily market-rate unless something is particularly interesting on the affordable side. Workforce and Class B deals are also of interest, but only if they are seriously driving deal volume or deal trends. Must be available for a 15-minute Zoom interview. Email interviews are OK for qualified respondents. Sources with high-resolution photography of assets transacted in 2026 get high priority.
