Yukiko is the founder of Allie Beauty Protein, a women-first protein brand blending beauty, wellness, and Asian-inspired flavors (Japanese Matcha Latte, Taiwanese Boba Milk Tea) with protein, collagen, and probiotics in every scoop. She speaks on beauty-from-within nutrition, AAPI founder experiences, and building D2C brands across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. A serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and exiting startups — including an M&A to a publicly listed Japanese company — Yukiko previously launched PicsArt Japan (140% regional revenue growth in year one) and served as Senior Product Manager at Amazon Web Services. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
