Yoel Frischoff is a product strategist who has shipped connected hardware since the 1990s and now advises IoT and smart-product companies through TheRoad, his Tel Aviv consultancy. Trained as an industrial designer, he focuses on the hardware/software/business-model trade-offs that decide whether a smart device becomes a durable platform or a write-off.
