Traci Fiatte Thomas

Traci Fiatte Thomas is CEO of S.i. Systems and former CEO of Randstad North America, where she led over 5,000 employees through a global organizational redesign. Over a 15-year career at Randstad, she rose from Vice President to Group President to CEO across multiple business units, and now leads S.i. Systems' growth strategy and digital transformation. She has been named multiple times to Staffing Industry Analysts' Staffing 100 and Global Power 150 Women in Staffing lists, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and the New York Times.
