Tom Hering is a co-founder of Benefit Corporations for Good (BCFG), an Oregon-based organization that helps purpose-driven small business leaders turn their values into a competitive advantage — and a certified force for good. Known in the field as "the on-ramp for responsible business," BCFG has guided 100+ businesses across 13 states and one Canadian province through Benefit Corporation certification, committing each to the triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit.
