We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider that specialises in technical operational support to Financial Services businesses across Australia, UK and USA. I started my business journey when I was 19 waiting tables at a restaurant and providing some technical paraplanning and admin support to financial advisers. I grew my business to the point that I had to devote full time to it and started hiring staff. I completely bootstrapped my business from scratch from myself working part time to having over 50 staff working with me internationally within 5 years.
