TJ Downes

TJ Downes is the founder and Executive Director of Mesh America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building solar-powered, open-access LoRa mesh network infrastructure across the US. Based in Toledo, Washington, he designs off-grid, disaster-resilient communication systems, works with tower owners and operators for strategic communications equipment deployments and contributes firmware upstream to the mesh projects.
