She has also obtained her 500 hours yoga teacher designation (E-RYT500) and C-IAYT Yoga therapist certification. Her work integrates holistic modalities with modern mental health care. She has her Masters of Education in Counseling, CGS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Owner of Happy and Free Healing, LLC, a holistic healing center.
