Tammy Nguyen

Tammy is a Chief Executive Human Resources Officer (CHRO) whose vision is to maximize human-centered interactions and create meaningful impact. She is an avid reader who enjoys strategy and values holistic success with business-people alignment, continuous development, and 360° wellness.As a service-minded professional with four years of human resources experience, Tammy is driven to provide organizational success with automated systems, change initiatives, efficient operating models, cost-effective strategies, and recognition programs. She applies her multidisciplinary experience in consulting, education, hospice, research, and leadership to add value to a founders-led startup company. She is part of Chief's 2024 Fall cohort and serves on two boards in the Inland Empire.
