I’m a serious yet lighthearted board-certified psychiatrist in private practice for the past 30 years. I’m also a career-long educator/supervisor for psychiatry residents and other mental health professionals. I do public outreach as well. My blog about psychiatry and psychotherapy began in 2008. I launched a YouTube channel on "psychotherapy and psychologically-informed psychiatry" in spring 2024, and continue to post a video every two weeks.
