Steven Wayne is the founder and Managing Director of Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents, which he launched in January 2004 at age 22 with just three years of industry experience. Over two decades he has grown the business from a single serviced office in Mill Hill into a multi-branch, multi-division operation covering residential sales, lettings, block management, and auctions across North West London and beyond. In 2017 he acquired Frederick George Block Management Services, one of the oldest property management firms in Edgware, and has since grown the block management portfolio through further acquisitions across Greater London, Hertfordshire, and Essex.
