In my career, I have been lucky enough to partner with remarkable brands and organizations like Kroger, the Los Angeles Dodgers, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Clif Bar, OhioHealth, MGM and Sony to name a few. Through it all, my focus has always been on developing a better understanding of consumers in order to create better experiences. As my career as progressed, my focus on the customer experience began to merge with my personal and professional experience in healthcare.
