I've worked in higher education leadership and training and development for over twenty years. I'm now primarily interested in initiatives in international higher education and training and development, especially startups and other organizations that are pushing boundaries. I'm an educational technologist by training, and my professional interests include AI and LLMs, competency-based education (CBE), microcredentials, mobile learning, open educational resources (OER), and stackability of credentials.
