Sebastian Dobrincu is the founder and CEO of Scento, Europe's largest perfume decant website. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Paris, Scento sells more than 1,000 authentic designer and niche perfumes as decants and samples in 2 ml, 5 ml and 8 ml vials, hand-decanted from original bottles bought from authorised European retailers. Scento serves 27 European markets, ships to 26 EU countries and counts more than 85,000 members. Sebastian is a Forbes Business Council member, an Entrepreneur Leadership Network contributor and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe (2019).
