Seamus Ruiz-Earle

In 2020, I started building a company called Carabiner Group; we became the world’s first RevOps-as-a-Service agency. In May 2024, we were acquired by SBI Growth Advisory, one of the nation's leading GTM consulting firms. Following the acquisition, I founded Carabiner Capital, a boutique investment and advisory firm. Carabiner Capital serves as the holding company for all of my additional projects. My passion is solving complex business problems, usually through the application of technology, systems and process. At my core, I love being the guy in the trenches, working alongside passionate people trying to change the world in their own unique ways. I’m also an active member of Pavilion, a remarkable community of leaders focused on continuous growth and ongoing education.
