Sarah Uberti

I specialize in exposure therapy to treat OCD, PTSD, phobias, and anxiety. I specifically use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) models. I blend in values and purpose work using Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapy and Logo Therapy to help people build behavioral control and find acceptance for the difficulties in their life, while working towards a life that brings fulfillment and meaning. To put it in a nutshell, I help people get comfortable with being uncomfortable and live the life they want anyways. I also use behavioral therapies to treat other mental health conditions such as depression, excoriation, trichotillomania, nail biting, etc.
