I am an advocate of Mental Health , Recovery and self care. I have obtained my interventionist certification as well as my Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certificate. I am a Guardian Advocate for NAMI ( National Alliance for Mental Illness ) My hope is to assist people in leading better , stronger lives by using more of their potential and to help them get to the point in their lives where they are actually happy.
