I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Wayzata, MN. I also facilitate a two day relationship skills workshop for couples and individuals to learn how to communicate better and feel close again. I am certified in Relational Life Therapy and trained with Terry Real. I'm motivated by a desire to help break cycles of intergenerational trauma and help people create a new legacy of relational healing.
