Sarah Bibbo, MSW, ASW is a Los Angeles–based trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in somatic therapy and attachment healing. She holds a Master of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work and completed advanced clinical training at UCLA’s anxiety and partial hospitalization programs. Her work integrates Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, and relationship challenges.
