Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I am certified in EMDR and trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I incorporate both of these techniques into my practice to provide support to individuals that have experienced trauma, that are struggling with relationships, parenting issues, or that have an eating disorder, disordered eating, or body image struggles.
