Sam Steck

Sam Steck began his career working front-of-house in restaurants before earning a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa. After graduating, he moved to Chicago and began a career in investment banking at Raymond James. In 2024, he returned to Tampa to join Serve It Up Safe, where I serve as Regional Vice President. Over the past several years, he’s taught food safety and alcohol training classes for restaurants, bars, and hotels across Florida and the Southeast U.S., supporting both single-location operators and multi-unit teams through in-person, online, and system-wide training.
