Rommel has 25 years of extensive work experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and manufacturing industries, leading strategic initiatives including process improvement, people development, and project delivery and implementation. He is a champion of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001 & 14001, QS9000, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, and COPC.
