Rie Nakasone CPA

Rie Nakasone is the founder and CEO of Giftada, a done-for-you gifting service that curates, purchases, and delivers gifts for clients managing occasions across family, friends, and colleagues. Giftada is women-owned and Asian-owned. Rie is a CPA with an audit background at PwC. In 2021, she founded her first business, KIKI Japan, a Japanese-inspired pet accessories brand, which she still runs today. She now operates Giftada solo from Texas, running it entirely through in-house automation. Rie speaks to the subscription commerce model and to running a lean, finance-savvy business without a team.
