I spent ten years in operations and product management across finance and tech. Most of that time was spent in the same place: sitting between people who had a problem and the tools that could fix it, trying to work out why nobody had connected the two yet. I've also run small businesses on the side. So I know what 9pm on a Sunday looks like when you're still replying to emails and updating spreadsheets because the day ran away from you. That's not a sustainability problem. It's a systems problem. HeyBRB started because I noticed the same gap everywhere I looked. The tools to fix repetitive admin exist, cost almost nothing, and most small business owners have no idea which ones apply to them specifically.
