Rebecca Rechtszaid

I’m the founder of Rechtszaid Law, a business and intellectual property firm for established creators and digital media companies. I help clients negotiate brand and commercial deals, license content, protect their names and creative work, and build the legal infrastructure behind a growing business. Before starting the firm, I worked in entertainment M&A at Paul Hastings, licensed music to digital platforms and TV networks at Global Music Rights, led legal for creator programs at Meta, and served as outside general counsel to a TikTok Shop partner agency. I’m a Harvard Law graduate and a California licensed attorney. I’m glad to speak on FTC disclosure rules, TikTok Shop, name, image, and likeness, the NO FAKES Act, AI training data, and brand deal contracts.
