Rainy Guo is an investment professional with experience across investment banking, private equity, and venture capital, with a focus on AI, technology, and healthcare. Ms. Guo began her career in investment banking at Citigroup, where she advised on $1.3B+ of transactions across numerous transactions, including cross-border M&A, spin-offs, IPOs, and private placements etc. Ms. Guo later transitioned into primary markets, where she deployed $50M+ capital across various stages of investments in technology, AI, robotics, and healthcare. Ms. Guo currently leads investment research and due diligence, evaluates founders and funds, and works closely with investors on capital allocation and market strategy, and is based in New York City.
