Rachel Wenzl

I’m an Office Manager and TMS-certified technician at a psychiatric mental health practice in Lincoln, Nebraska, with hands-on experience working with patients receiving TMS and Spravato (esketamine). I’m passionate about making mental health care more accessible and helping people understand treatment options beyond traditional medications and therapy. I can speak to treatment-resistant depression, TMS, Spravato, mental health stigma, barriers to psychiatric care, navigating insurance and treatment costs, and what patients should actually expect when considering newer mental health treatments. My perspective combines hands-on patient experience with the practical, real-world side of navigating mental health care.
