Prakruti Pandya

Prakruti Pandya is a brand strategist working with consumer, lifestyle and hospitality brands. She begins every project inside the business itself, on factory floors and site walks, before any strategy or design work starts. Her practice is positioning-first: what a brand stands for gets decided before how it looks or speaks. She studied physics and worked as a business analyst at TCS before moving into branding, and the analytical training shaped how she works. She treats a brand as a connected system across discovery, sale and after-sale, rather than a set of assets. She works with a small number of clients at a time and advises founders on positioning decisions they cannot delegate.
