Dr. Pouyan Golshani MD

I’m a board-certified interventional radiologist in Riverside, California, and founder of GigHz, where I build physician-led healthcare platforms across radiology reporting, clinical decision support, practice intelligence and medical operations. My work sits at the intersection of medicine, AI, workflow design and financial insight. The goal is not to add more software. It’s to build systems that are useful, defensible and grounded in how healthcare actually works. My research uses public data.
