I am Philip Rosen, founder and managing director of Capital Linguists, which I established in 2016. I previously worked as a professional Chinese-English interpreter and translator at the highest levels of government and the private sector. I bring the same dedication to accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction to all of my work at Capital Linguists. Originally from Florida, I am also fluent in Spanish. I graduated from Florida State University and the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS).
