Having worked in different roles across industries, I decided to venture out on my own in 2011. Again in an area where I had little direct knowledge - Employee Engagement and Benefits. But in the last 10 years I have met numerous companies ( from 100 people to 100,000 + ) and HR people across hierarchy. This has given me great insights into the employee engagement space. As the founder of Vantage Circle- One stop solution for employee engagement and benefits, I am really passionate about HR technologies and always hungry for more.
