I’m Olivia Buckley, co-founder of Supp and a Biomedical Science graduate from the University of Sheffield. I specialise in translating supplement and nutrition research into clear, practical guidance, helping people understand what’s evidence-based, what’s overstated, and what actually matters day to day. At Supp, I help shape our science-led approach by reviewing ingredient studies, supporting evidence-led product development, and sharing transparent, easy-to-understand insights grounded in the research.
