Nia Rennix

Nia Rennix is an author, speaker, and human experience strategist whose work explores how dignity, belonging, leadership, and storytelling shape the way people experience organizations, communities, systems, and one another. For more than 17 years, Nia has worked across executive leadership, public health, clinical nutrition, food systems, community engagement, entrepreneurship, and social impact. She has designed programs, advised leaders, built cross-sector partnerships, and created human-centered solutions for people and communities whose needs are too often overlooked.
