I have gained experience in several firms in Craiova and Bucharest, dealing mostly with corporate and commercial matters and insolvency issues.During my career, I have advised a wide range of local and international clients in various areas of law. My expertise is focused on corporate and commercial law, restructuring and insolvency, tax law and litigation. I also deal with employment and real estate matters.I have obtained the bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in law with specialization in Private law from Craiova University Law School.
