Naomi Patrick

Naomi Patrick is the founder and clinical director of Medella Home Physio & OT, a family-run rehabilitation service she established in 2010 after identifying a gap in home-based physiotherapy for older adults. A Cardiff University graduate (2008), Naomi trained across multiple NHS hospital departments including the University Hospital of Wales, gaining expertise in stroke rehabilitation, brain injury, respiratory care, and complex elderly medicine. She later held a clinical leadership position in the Older Person's Therapy team at Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
