Muhammad Touqeer

I'm a Solutions Architect and lead engineer with 10+ years designing, building and operating B2B/B2C platforms in e-commerce, customer care and multi-tenant SaaS. Today I own the target architecture across a product portfolio at Stay Informed in Freiburg, Germany, while staying hands-on in the code. My strengths are platform architecture, identity and access management (Keycloak), and engineering standards: CI/CD, testing, release and incident processes. Before that, at Lazada (Alibaba Group), I owned solution architecture for customer care platforms used by agents and seller tools, and led a cross-functional team of great engineers. I work mainly in PHP/Laravel and Java/Spring, use Claude Code and Cursor daily, and mentor engineers across teams.
