My mission is to connect people across any difference. I believe real change starts with connection, not with facts about someone else's culture. I lead that work as the founder and intercultural trainer at Leverage Lingo, where I currently train financial institutions to earn the trust of their Hispanic customers. I'm based in Columbus, Indiana, originally from Ecuador, and have also lived as a foreigner in Brazil and Japan.
