I'm the founder of Core Systems Lab. I build business systems and automation for fitness coaches, personal trainers, and other service businesses that run on clients: booking, client onboarding, payments, and CRM setup. Before this, I spent a decade in operational planning for manufacturing, mapping systems where every handoff had to work and nothing could slip through the gaps. I bring that same precision to a smaller-scale but equally messy problem: coach and small-business admin. I'm tool-agnostic across Dubsado, GoHighLevel, HoneyBook, and Kajabi, whatever actually fits the business. UK-based, working with clients remotely.
