Mike Armstrong

Mike Armstrong is the founder of Plain Standards, a trained ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and former company director. In over 30 years running companies at director level he built his own management systems to drive profit long before adopting ISO 9001, so he comes at it from the owner's side, not the auditor's. He has built management systems for care, shipping, armed maritime security and manufacturing businesses.
