Many folks have been told, directly or indirectly, that they're "too much", that they need to take up less space in the world. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide support to folks as they navigate those messages, work to overcome the worry and feelings of failure they may experience, and learn to proudly take up space in the world in the fullness of themselves.
