I work at the intersection of technology, security, and governance, helping organizations make confident decisions when complexity and risk are high. My background spans infrastructure leadership, cybersecurity, and operating in regulated environments, with a growing focus on how AI changes risk, accountability, and operating models. In addition to my full-time role, I selectively advise leadership teams who want a thinking partner as they navigate AI adoption, infrastructure strategy, and governance tradeoffs especially during periods of change.
