Michael Gabaldi is the Founder and Director of Coaching Education at Vira Human Training in Dubai. His work focuses primarily on developing professional Coaches and integrating Coaching competencies into leadership, organizational and high-performance environments. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mentor Coach, A.Co.I. Master Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and a Master's Degree in Psychology of Wellbeing and Performance.
