Matt Thompson is the owner and general contractor of Construction Corps, Inc., a veteran-owned design-build firm in Clearwater, Florida serving the Tampa Bay market. A U.S. Army infantry combat veteran with more than 30 years in construction, Matt founded Construction Corps in 2022 and built it to roughly $8 million in annual revenue with W-2 field crews and vetted trade partners. The firm holds six Florida licenses in-house, spanning general contracting, engineering, electrical, plumbing, and mold remediation and assessment, letting one accountable team design, seal, permit, and supervise every project.
