I sold this in 2017 to private equity and stepped down in 2023. Author if Contractor Stories and The Business Exit Rollercoaster. Member of the Contracting Business Hall of Fame and the Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration NEWS' Legends of HVACR Award. Named by Contracting Business Magazine as one of the "22 most influential people in the history of the HVACR industry" and by Contractor Magazine as one of the "18 most influential people in the history of the plumbing/hydronics industry."
