I’m the owner and head personal trainer of Inner Evolution Fitness, a Denver-based coaching practice focused on one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, habit development, and obstacle course race (OCR) preparation. I’ve been self-employed in this field since 2014 and have worked with more than 500 clients over the course of my career. I earned my degree in Occupational Studies for Personal Training from Heritage College. From the beginning, I chose to build my business independently rather than working within a commercial gym environment.
