With over 6 years in the IT market, we've placed 400+ tech professionals across Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Spain, Italy, and beyond, working with companies ranging from startups to enterprises of 7,000+ employees. I've grown our team from 4 to 20 people, built a strong sourcing and headhunting department, and established a B2B sales division focused on long-term, trust-based partnerships.
