I have received my Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, as well as completed my undergraduate degree in community health and athletic training. In 2019, I was chosen to be a board member of the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition, currently, I am the sitting Vice-Chair. I have been working in the Functional Medicine field for over a decade. My experience expands a myriad of populations and needs. Areas of interest include but are not limited to; digestive health, female hormones, anxiety, and eating disorders. I am passionate about healing the body through nutrition, by facilitating detailed nutrition consultations with an emphasis on the root cause of the disorder and/or disease in the body.
