I’m a designer at Packur, working mainly on custom packaging for cafés, restaurants and food businesses. A lot of my work starts with customer artwork and figuring out how to make it work on an actual package. A design can look great on a screen but behave very differently once it is wrapped around a paper cup, folded across a box or printed on a particular material. I help with layout, sizing, print files, dielines and the small adjustments that need to happen before something is ready for production. I also work with customers who don't have a finished design yet. Sometimes they only have a logo and a rough idea of what they want, so part of the job is turning that into something simple, practical and printable.
