Malissa Stawicki

Malissa graduated from ASU with a degree in Photography, specializing in 19th century printing. After graduating, she followed her dream and moving to Paris, France, to be a photographer. She was sponsored by a high-end digital photography lab in Paris called Dahinden for 2 years. Dahinden provided a room to work and large digitally created negatives. This allowed for large 19th century prints such as Gum Bichromate, Platinum and Palladium, to be printed in large format. Because of this partnership, Malissa was one of the first person’s to bridge 19th-century printing techniques with 20th-century technology.
