I lead creative at Scaletrics Ads. Most of what I do is build out creative strategy for growth and performance campaigns across our client accounts. My background is a bit different from most people in this field - I studied Foreign Language Education and International Relations. It ended up being surprisingly useful training for taking a complicated brief and explaining it simply, which is a big part of the job.
